Consultation We have learned that each event is a unique, personal expression of you. All of the decisions you make along the way will be integral to the look and feel of your event.

We have many resources to share with you so that together we can fine-tune the details to create the exact event you want. We can share with you our list of top Chicago event planners, caterers, florists, and musicians. Our most important goal at West Loop Studio is to help you through the planning process so that you can have the event you’ve always dreamed of. We love parties and we love to see great parties happen in our space!

During Your Event You and your caterer will arrive at a clean space, ready to set up. If desired, we have a few vintage furniture pieces available to set up as seating areas.

An experienced West Loop Studio staff member is on hand for the duration of the event to ensure everything runs smoothly from beginning to end. She will be familiar with the specifics of your event, and available to assist you should any special or unexpected needs arise during the course of the evening.

A second staff member will greet all your guests at street level and direct them to the studio. Those guests who need assistance or are unable to climb the stairs will be escorted to the handicap accessible elevator.
